A program that addresses the role of the faith-based community in the struggle for political, social, and economic

oppression with the special emphasis on the abolitionist movement in the District of Columbia under

the leadership of the Rev. John C. Cook, and the development of an ecumenical agenda in the struggle

for full voting representation for the District of Columbia in the Congress of the United States.
