Dr. David T. Terry, former Curator of the Reginald Lewis Museum, Assist. Professor of Museum Studies and African American History at Morgan State Univ., will lecture on his contribution to the book First Freed edited by Dr. Elizabeth Clark-Lewis entitled: “A Brief Moment in the Sun – The Aftermath of Emancipation in Washington, DC 1862 - 1869."
